Our Annual October Retreat is one of our favorite weekends of the year—a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and return to yourself in the company of a remarkable community. Over the years, this gathering has become a touchstone for many, offering space to breathe deeply, reconnect, reflect, and continue the work of living with greater presence and authenticity.
This year's retreat is emerging around the theme of A Soul's Journey Home—an invitation to explore the beautiful balance between our spiritual nature and our human experience. Together we'll explore what it means to be fully here: grounded in our lives while remaining deeply connected to something greater. Through breathwork, embodied practices, meaningful conversation, and time for reflection, we'll create space to honor both our earthbound journey and the wisdom of the soul.
Each retreat unfolds organically, shaped by what is most alive within the group. Whether you're returning to deepen the journey or joining us for the first time, we would love to welcome you.
